Jamaal was fantastic! He helped us with a tricky sauna installation. We had received a ridiculous quote from another electrical contractor—several thousand dollars, including $2,000 for equipment, $1,000 in labor, and a full day’s work.
Jamaal quickly assessed our needs, did his research, showed up within a day, came up with a practical solution, and had the sauna up and running within two hours. He also did additional research and returned the following morning at no charge to ensure we had a second fail-safe in place.
This is the kind of dedicated service we expect from contractors—someone who clearly stands behind his work. His fee was only 15% of what the other contractor planned to charge. What more can I say? Thank you, Jamaal.
